USSSA Vermont Winter Championships

Kimberly went to the 2007 USSSA Vermont Winter Championships. She received a Gold Medal for Sparring and a Silver Medal for her Forms (Poomse). The tournament took place in Burlington where about 130 competitors registered....

Here are the Blue Wave Association competitors in the line-up.

Kimberly has quite an impressive collection of Medals and Trophies earned at various tournaments throughout the Northeast. She truly loves to compete and can't wait for the next tournament.

First Tries at Skiing

Britney got her own ski's this year. She was very excited to go skiing with her big sister. However, she did not even think how much hard work this would be. After trying our luck on the J-Bar and a huge amount of frustrations, we decided to go for a ride on the big chairlift. That's what saved the day!

Kimberly is taking lessons at Woodstock Ski Runners every Friday afternoon. She has been doing this for 4 years now and enjoys it a lot.

The chairlift was somewhat scary at first, but we got used to it really fast.

Britney figured out fairly quickly how to put her skis on all by herself.

It was a beautiful first day. We have been back since that day and it's only getting to be more fun.....

I know that we even made ALL of the barbies happy, when they got their new 4-story house. And it even has an elevator.....

Britney turned 3 years old today. This is a very exciting and busy day. There is the big celebration at Preschool, at home and of course there is Trick-Or-Treating.....

First Day of School: Kimberly is going in to 4th Grade and Britney is starting Preschool for two mornings a week. Both of the Buckholts girls love school.
